Room Notes

2-Bed Studio: one double bed.
Basic 3-Bed Studio (1st or 2nd floor) & Renovated 3-Bed Studio: one double bed + one single bed.
2-Bedroom Apartment:Bedroom 1: double bed + sleeper chairBedroom 2: two single beds

The listed prices apply for a minimum stay of 3 nights and include VAT and all applicable taxes.
The Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is not included.
For a stay of only 1 night, an additional charge of 15% on the published rate applies.
Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge (without extra bed).
Baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge, subject to availability (for children up to 2 years old).
Extra bed (where possible): 5 € per night.
In case of damage or loss to the accommodation or its equipment, the full repair/replacement cost is borne by the guests.
Climate Crisis Resilience Fee: 2 € per room / per night – payable in cash upon check-in.
Pets: Allowed only after prior arrangement and approval.
Wi-Fi: Free high-speed wireless internet throughout the property. Access code provided at check-in.
Parking: Free private parking on site (1 car per studio/apartment). The property is not liable for theft or damage.
Beach umbrellas: Provided free of charge. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage.
Beach sunbeds: Provided free of charge (2 per studio, 4 per apartment). Guests are requested to carry them to the beach and return them every evening. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage.
Check-in: from 15:00 onwards

Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.

Room keys are given only to registered guests.
Please always lock doors and windows when leaving the room.
The property is not responsible for loss of money, jewellery, or personal belongings.
Entry of non-registered persons into the rooms is prohibited without prior notice.

To confirm a reservation, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required, payable by bank transfer, Western Union, or remote credit/debit card charge.

Cancellation 21 or more days before arrival → full refund of the deposit (bank/Western Union fees are paid by the guest).
Cancellation less than 21 days before arrival → the deposit is non-refundable.
Early departure → charge of 50% of the remaining nights of the original booking.
