The apartments and studios in the complex are 50 and 25 m2 in size, respectively. Baby-cot or extra beds can be provided upon request.
The apartments are divided into one big bedroom, one small bedroom, a kitchen and bathroom (WC and shower). Each apartment is provided with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite LED TV in both bedrooms, safety-box, refrigerator, cooker, coffee-pot, cookery utensils, crockery and cutlery, along with two balconies one in front and the other at the rear. The apartments are only available on the first and second floor and can host up to 5 persons.

The studios are divided into one bedroom, a kitchenette and bathroom (WC and shower). Each studio is provided with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite LED TV, safety-box, refrigerator, cooker, coffee-pot, cookery utensils, crockery and cutlery, along with two balconies one in front and the other at the rear (1st and 2nd floor) or with a balcony in front and yard space at the rear (ground floor). Each studio can host 2 to 4 guests.
Mosquito nets over windows are installed in each bedroom of studio/apartment.
